I’m Erica Holland, an experienced Recruitment Manager with over 25 years in the industry. My expertise spans large-scale recruitment drives, managing contracts with over 300 temporary staff, and securing high-level professional appointments that require discretion and a delicate touch.

In addition to my recruitment expertise, I am a licensed Menopause Champion. This enables me to provide on-site training on menopause in the workplace, issue accredited CPD certificates to delegates, as part of the service and also offer a digital badge—allowing businesses to showcase their commitment to inclusivity.
