Hi I’m Paul and I’m Operations Director at Meridian Business Support. 

Working at Meridian gave me the chance to work alongside friend and mentor Derek Skelton (CEO) again, after having worked for him several years ago successfully building another recruitment business. Also, the opportunity to be part of an exciting opportunity for an MBO, which we achieved within 5 years.  

Every recruitment company essentially does the same thing. We place people into jobs. Often the only point of difference is the people that do it and Meridian has an exceptional culture which allows people to be themselves, be informed, develop at their own pace, and thrive. This is not only evidenced through some superb financial performances but also through the unrivalled length of service of our colleagues.
