Senior Labour Manager

I have been part of the Meridian team for eight years, and it's been a time filled with learning and growth. Originally, I aimed for a career in professional football, but when that path didn’t work out, found my way into recruitment. This turned out to be the right decision, and I’ve never looked back. One of the more interesting aspects of my role is working with tradespeople—who always have something to say about our rates! It keeps things lively, and I enjoy the challenge.

If I had to sum up Meridian in three words, they would be: Computers, Phones, and Teal—because that’s what I see every day! Outside of work, I find satisfaction in the simple things—like mowing the lawn and enjoying the scent of freshly cut grass.
