We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual to work as a Business Development Executive for a growing company in Fordingbridge.
This Business Development Executive role is a permanent position paying circa £30,000 per annum depending on experience. You will be working Monday – Friday in the office 8:30am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

- Supporting the company’s expansion by driving business in every aspect of the role
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth operations
- Drive revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, converting leads into sales, and following up with underperforming accounts
- Use your listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, turning challenges into opportunities
- Assist colleagues across departments, ensuring a seamless customer journey and operational efficiency
