We are currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Commercial Account Handler to join a dynamic team based in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of commercial insurance to provide day-to-day support across a wide range of responsibilities, from marketing and renewals to policy endorsements and client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the commercial insurance team.
  • Conduct marketing exercises and negotiate renewals.
  • Process policy endorsements and manage general client enquiries.
  • Handle a variety of commercial risks, including Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, and Financial Lines.
  • Work across a diverse range of trades and industries, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong understanding of core commercial insurance classes, including Property, Liability, and Financial Lines.
  • Solid market awareness and the ability to stay informed about industry developments.
  • Proven experience dealing with a range of commercial risks, from SME to mid-corporate accounts.
  • Highly organised, with an ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
  • Experience using Acturis would be beneficial, though not essential.
