Whether you're from a background in customer service, care, education, uniformed services, or simply love being part of a community — if you're practical, proactive, and ready to roll your sleeves up, this could be the opportunity for you.
💬 What You'll Be Doing
✔ Great people skills – calm, kind, and confident in public-facing situations
✔ Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ A team player who’s reliable, proactive, and enjoys variety
✔ Flexible with weekend working (with alternate long weekends off!)

- Responding calmly and professionally to first aid situations (training provided if needed)
- Helping with events and activities that bring the town to life
- Building relationships with local traders and partner services
- Supporting safety, tidiness, and general town centre upkeep
- Working in partnership with local police and community teams
