Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Home Care Assistant (Domiciliary) on behalf of a respected private healthcare provider in the Norfolk area.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant:

Deliver high-quality personal care in the client’s home
Promote independence and dignity in every interaction
Be flexible and responsive to client needs
Represent the service with professionalism, compassion, and pride

What We’re Looking For:

A caring and patient nature
Great communication skills
Calm under pressure
Previous care experience is helpful – but not essential
Access to a car and a full UK driving licence preferred
