The Role: As an ER/HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting employee relations and HR processes, including:
β Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
β Managing disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases
β Supporting managers with performance and capability issues
β Handling HR administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy
β Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
What Weβre Looking For: β CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
β Proven HR advisory or employee relations experience
β Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
β Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
β Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
