Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders across the Trust, providing strategic HR advice and guidance.
- Drive people-focused initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Support workforce planning, organisational development, and change management processes.
- Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and Trust policies.
- Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of the Trust.
- Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner role, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is essential.
