We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manufacturing Team Manager to join our client’s Operations team in Salisbury. As a key leader within the production environment, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated team to achieve all production targets, while maintaining customer Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) expectations. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and allocate resources effectively to meet production and customer demands.
- Uphold quality standards in line with TS16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015.
- Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure production adherence to build plans and chase lists.
- Identify and address team training and development needs, maintaining comprehensive training plans and skills matrices.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and support team development.
- Champion continuous improvement activities and regularly update manufacturing KPIs.
- Foster effective communication with the Planning and Production Managers.
General Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in team meetings as required.
- Comply with company health, safety, environmental, and personnel procedures.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and achieve KPI targets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of TS16949:2016 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
