About the Role We’re seeking a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead a small, dynamic team within a fast-paced environment for a well established client. You’ll be at the heart of our customer journey ensuring enquiries, orders, and deliveries are handled smoothly, all while maintaining exceptional service standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and order management experience who’s ready to take on supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a small customer operations team.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, website and in person.
  • Manage the full order process, from input through to delivery.
  • Keep customers informed of order status and resolve issues promptly.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate records across company systems and documentation.
  • Produce and review departmental reports.
  • Manage administration for non-conformities and general tasks.
  • Represent the company at trade shows as required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a customer service/order processing role.
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, personable telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
  • Comfortable handling challenging customer situations.
  • IT proficient in MS Office, CRM, and accounting systems.
  • Willingness to learn about new products (full training provided).
