Meridian Business Support is looking for a Production Operative to join our prestigious client based in Swadlincote.

The ideal candidate will play a key part in the production process, starting with hand-made clay fabrication and developing into a multi-skilled operator role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handcrafting clay products to required specifications
- Producing terracotta and drainage components for construction use
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Working safely and efficiently within a production environment
- Receive training to produce your own components using machinery
- Collaborate with our Continuous Improvement Manager to help refine and enhance production processes
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Practical, hands-on approach to work
- Good attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Rate of pay - £13.07
- Stable Monday to Friday shift pattern working 6am - 2pm
