🛍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and understanding their project needs
- Inspiring tiling ideas – from first homes to trade projects
- Recommending products with confidence and design flair
- Completing sales accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining showroom standards and visual displays
- Managing stock, deliveries and general housekeeping
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team
- A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- A genuine interest in interiors, design and colour
- Ability to build rapport and understand customer projects
- Good numeracy skills (area calculations etc.)
- IT literate and comfortable handling transactions
- Flexible to work weekends (5 days over 7 rota)
- Happy to assist with stock handling
