Meridian Business Support are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for a UK-based clinical healthcare company.
This is a Remote role:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nurse and patient scheduling process, to oversee patient visits in real time, ensuring all visits are managed in the most cost-effective way.
You will be responsible for optimising the resources in line with service level agreements (SLAs), you will apply crisis management and problem-solving skills to resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes.
If you have at least 1 years scheduling experience where you have worked with 30+ colleagues to schedule and oversee daily diaries. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, great UK geography, and excellent organisational abilities.

This is a Remote role:
- £26.750 per annum
- Work from home - Monday to Friday rotating shifts 07:00 – 15:30 / 08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:30
- No weekend working & no commuting!

- Use scheduling software and digital tools to manage real-time planning efficiently.
- Prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines while adapting to changing circumstances.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when coordinating schedules and managing logistics.
- Assess distances and travel times to make informed logistical decisions.
- Utilise a deep understanding of UK geography to enhance route planning and scheduling efficiency.
- Apply logical thinking and commercial awareness to improve operational effectiveness.
