- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service,
- Provide guidance and support to service advisers and technicians,
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction,
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload effectively,
- Monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience,
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive resolution,
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance,
