Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse – Renal Dialysis
Location: Thamesmead
Salary: £36,846 – £44,515 per annum + £4,500 location allowance
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week - Closed Sunday 


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join a well-established renal dialysis clinic in Thamesmead. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in partnership with the NHS.

This role is ideal for a nurse with strong renal experience who is looking to progress into a senior position with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Nurse in Charge and deputise for the Clinic Manager when required
  • Deliver high standards of patient-centred renal care
  • Support and mentor junior nurses and healthcare staff
  • Undertake patient assessments and manage care programmes
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and treatment systems
  • Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and clinical governance initiatives
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting
  • Knowledge of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Renal qualification (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards
  • Mentorship/Teaching qualification (desirable)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Salary & Benefits
  • £36,846 – £44,515 per annum (depending on experience)
