We’re looking for a Stock Control Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly — from managing stock and suppliers to goods-in, picking and dispatch.

  • Raising and managing purchase orders using Orderwise ERP
  • Monitoring re-order levels and running weekly/monthly stock and overdue order reports
  • Liaising with mainly UK suppliers (with some global exposure)
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Receiving goods, checking for accuracy and quality, and booking them into the system
  • Picking, packing and dispatching orders (around 340 items dispatched in December, with 5–25 goods-in lines)
  • Working closely with production, operations, finance and courier partners
  • Keeping the stores area safe, tidy and well organised
This role suits someone who starts tasks, finishes them properly, and works autonomously, while still communicating confidently with people at all levels.

Hours & Flexibility

Full-time option:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am–2:00pm 🎉
Part-time option (30 hours per week):
  • Flexible across 5 shorter days or 4 longer days
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in stock control, purchasing, stores or warehouse operations
  • Comfortable using an ERP, WMS, MRP system (Orderwise experience is ideal)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confident communicator who works well with a broad range of people
  • Happy working independently and taking ownership
What You’ll Get as Stock Control Coordinator
  • £26,000–£29,000 salary (dependent on experience)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension scheme
  • Death in Service (DIS)
  • A varied, hands-on role with real responsibility
  • A supportive team where your contribution genuinely matters
